Senior Technical Program Manager

Accountabilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with business and product objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams to define program scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Drive initiatives related to data governance and data privacy, ensuring compliance and scalability
Establish clear communication frameworks, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
Proactively assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary
Continuously improve program management processes, leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency
Mentor team members and contribute to the development of best practices across program management functions

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in technical program or project management within software development environments
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern architectures (e.g., microservices, cloud-native systems)
Proven experience leading complex programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
Hands-on experience integrating AI or automation into workflows to improve operational efficiency
Knowledge of data governance and data privacy frameworks, including data retention and compliance processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and version control systems like Git
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL) are a plus
