<p>Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a critical role at Marqeta in leading large-scale initiatives across our product and technology organizations. TPMs structure and oversee programs from inception to launch and ongoing delivery, ensuring better workflows and more effective communication. They work closely with executives and key company stakeholders to drive critical programs and activities across the company. </p><p>Marqeta’s Technology and AI division provides common online services infrastructure, engineering pipelines, observability, cybersecurity, compliance, data platforms and analytics, artificial intelligence, and more – thousands of live service instances on two continents processing hundreds of millions of transactions, moving billions of dollars on behalf of hundreds of millions of cardholders. As a <strong>Senior Technical Program Manager </strong>in this division, you are responsible for driving and reporting on a portfolio of transformational programs delivering outcomes that modernize and uplift all of Marqeta’s online services. You will drive and own process, data, and technology transformations across agile engineering functions and collaborate/partner with other organizations within Marqeta.
