Senior Technical Product Manager - Post Transaction

Position Overview: We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own and scale the post-transaction experience across Voomi’s supply chain stack. This role will lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution across key areas including order fulfillment, routing logic, order management systems, reverse logistics, and delivery tracking—with a strong focus on performance in a dropship and marketplace environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain product management, thrives on solving operational pain points with scalable solutions, and can work across stakeholders, engineering, and operations to ship impactful features.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership – Post-Transaction Supply Chain

• Drive product strategy and execution for key domains:

  • Order Fulfillment and Routing in a multi-supplier dropship model

  • Order Management Systems (OMS): logic, status workflows, and service orchestration

  • Reverse Logistics: returns, exceptions, and replacements

  • Special Fulfillment Types: including LTL, hazmat, or bulk orders

  • Order Tracking & Notifications: surface shipment, delivery, and status updates to customers and internal teams

• Improve performance across marketplace fulfillment (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) through better SLAs, tracking, and exception handling

Post Transaction Analytics & Roadmap Execution

• Define KPIs and track outcomes for fulfillment reliability, return rate, delivery SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction

• Create and prioritize product backlogs, write specs, and lead execution with cross-functional teams

• Own the roadmap: continuously refine based on business input, customer pain points, and ops feedback
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with supply chain, ops, engineering, and marketplace teams to define scope and build solutions

• Work closely with customer service and reverse logistics to streamline workflows and automate exception handling.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with strong exposure to supply chain or fulfillment systems

• Proven experience shipping products related to order routing, fulfillment, or post-transaction workflows

• Familiarity with LTL shipping, dropship logic, or 3PL integrations

• Experience working with marketplaces or commerce platforms is a plus

• Comfort with writing user stories and product specs, and driving sprint-level execution

Desired:

• Ability to work with analytics tools and define KPIs around fulfillment and returns

• Technical familiarity with APIs, logistics platforms, and backend workflows

• Strong communication skills, ability to work across stakeholders from ops to engineering

• A mindset for continuous improvement and love for solving real-world operational problems

• Familiarity with product catalog management, dynamic pricing, and multi-channel order fulfillment .

• Experience integrating with third-party marketplaces and logistics providers .

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
