This role sits at the intersection of technical depth, program strategy, and post-sales excellence in a fast-growing cloud security environment. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering enablement programs that empower global Support and Advanced Services teams to successfully deploy, troubleshoot, and scale complex cloud security solutions. Acting as both strategist and builder, you will translate product evolution into actionable field readiness programs. You will work closely with leadership, Product, CTO organization, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical teams are fully equipped for success. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on customer outcomes, adoption, and satisfaction. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply technical, with strong expectations around ownership and execution excellence.
Accountabilities:- Design and own global technical enablement strategies for post-sales teams, ensuring readiness across onboarding, adoption, and ongoing customer success.
- Translate complex product and architectural changes into clear, actionable field materials, including implementation guides, troubleshooting frameworks, and operational playbooks.
- Serve as the technical enablement liaison between Post-Sales leadership, Product, CTO organization, and enablement teams to ensure alignment on evolving needs.
- Build and maintain a scalable technical “toolkit” for Support and Advanced Services teams, including documentation, health checks, and best-practice resources.
- Lead and facilitate enablement sessions, training programs, and technical workshops for global post-sales audiences.
- Own lifecycle management of technical enablement content, ensuring materials remain accurate, relevant, and continuously updated.
- Measure enablement impact using operational metrics such as support resolution times, implementation success rates, and customer satisfaction signals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Technical Program Management, or Post-Sales technical roles in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud security concepts, deployment architectures, and post-deployment troubleshooting workflows.
- Experience supporting or enabling Professional Services, Technical Support, or Customer Success engineering teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong architectural fluency with the ability to translate technical systems into field-ready documentation and enablement assets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging both executives and technical practitioners.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong program ownership mindset with attention to detail and execution excellence in distributed environments.
