font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ph.D. or Ed.D. with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with a minimum of 7 years; or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience in CTE or career pathways. </span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience working in a related state agency (e.g. secondary or postsecondary education, workforce, etc.) or regional intermediary with a related focus is preferred but not required. </span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
