Senior Technical Account Manager

This role provides a unique opportunity to act as a trusted technical advisor to large, complex enterprise customers. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will lead post-sales technical engagements, ensuring customers maximize the value of their data platforms and achieve successful adoption of key solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across professional services, product, and support to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations. The position emphasizes building long-term customer relationships, guiding architecture and deployment strategies, and serving as the primary point of contact for technical challenges and opportunities. You will also help shape best practices, provide proactive guidance, and support customers in expanding their adoption of innovative technologies across multiple environments.

• Build and maintain strong post-sales relationships with large enterprise customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
• Provide technical leadership for customer initiatives, including architecture guidance, solutions consulting, and project oversight.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Professional Services, Technical Support, and Product Management to ensure seamless customer engagements.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption of data platforms and solutions within customer environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinate escalations, and proactively address performance or operational challenges.
• Deliver actionable recommendations for customer success, while documenting best practices and lessons learned.
• Maintain current expertise on all relevant products and technologies, and stay up to date with industry trends and certifications.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL Server; professional certifications preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in data management platforms, cloud technologies, operating systems, and solution architecture.
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and modern deployment frameworks such as Kubernetes.
• Proven experience in consultative technical engagement with enterprise customers, including CxO-level interaction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical training or experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and to maintain required professional certifications.
