The position emphasizes building long-term customer relationships, guiding architecture and deployment strategies, and serving as the primary point of contact for technical challenges and opportunities. You will also help shape best practices, provide proactive guidance, and support customers in expanding their adoption of innovative technologies across multiple environments.
