In this role, you will lead the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for high-velocity, high-volume go-to-market (GTM) roles, building scalable, high-performing teams that directly drive organizational growth. You will partner with sales and customer success leaders to set ambitious hiring goals, optimize recruiting processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role requires a combination of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced, scaling environment. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, including partnerships with universities and emerging AI recruiting tools, to attract top talent. This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to influence team culture and talent density across multiple regions.
