In this role, you will lead the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for high-velocity, high-volume go-to-market (GTM) roles, building scalable, high-performing teams that directly drive organizational growth. You will partner with sales and customer success leaders to set ambitious hiring goals, optimize recruiting processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role requires a combination of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced, scaling environment. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, including partnerships with universities and emerging AI recruiting tools, to attract top talent. This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to influence team culture and talent density across multiple regions. Your contributions will shape the future of the company’s GTM capabilities and overall market impact.


Accountabilities:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume GTM roles, including sales, implementation, and customer success positions.
  • Partner with leaders to develop hiring strategies, set ambitious goals, and forecast talent needs.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement process improvements to accelerate recruitment while maintaining quality.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all applicants.
  • Build relationships with universities and other talent sources to strengthen employer branding and attract top entry-level talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Talent Coordination, HR, People Ops, and Revenue Operations, to align on scheduling, onboarding, and process execution.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven and emerging recruiting tools to enhance sourcing, workflow efficiency, and candidate quality.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume GTM roles.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing, scalable sales and customer success teams.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and managing high-volume pipelines (35–45 calls per week).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate proactively with leaders on hiring progress.
  • Experience partnering with universities to attract new grad talent and enhance employer brand.
  • Operationally sharp, with a track record of diagnosing bottlenecks and creating efficient recruitment processes.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging recruitment tools to improve speed, efficiency, and quality.
