Job Description

The Opportunity

Our Talent Acquisition (TA) function is critical to our success, as it enables us to attract and hire the right talent that drives our business forward. In this end-to-end recruitment role, you will proactively manage the recruitment process, working closely with Commercial and Customer Experience leadership teams to attract and hire the best candidates to scale our customer-facing and analytical capabilities.

Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

What You Will Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire end-to-end recruitment process for key roles within our Commercial and Customer Experience functions, with a dedicated focus on scaling our Account Management, Customer Success, and Customer-Facing Analyst teams.

  • Advanced Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Deploy creative sourcing strategies to reach the best client-facing and analytical talent in the market. Actively build, nurture, and maintain sustainable talent pipelines of high-caliber commercial professionals for immediate and future scaling needs.

  • Consultative Partnership: Work closely with Commercial leadership, People Partners, and Finance Partners to share and advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent insights.

  • Upskill Hiring Managers: Provide guidance to commercial managers on recruitment best practices, advanced sourcing strategies, and process improvements to enhance their hiring and selection practices.

  • Continuous Improvement & AI Optimization: Engage in TA team initiatives with a focus on leveraging AI to drive productivity for yourself and the wider team. Actively identify manual processes and recruitment workflows that can be automated, removing administrative burdens and enabling the team to focus heavily on creating a world-class candidate experience.

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Consistently analyze recruitment performance metrics and data to identify operational areas for improvement. Lead data-backed conversations with business stakeholders, using insights to guide strategy, address bottlenecks, and effectively influence decision-making.

  • ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – SmartRecruiters.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  •  

  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience recruiting for Commercial, Sales, and Customer Success roles.

  • Stakeholder Management & Advisory: Build trusted partnerships with cross-functional hiring managers and senior commercial leaders, providing strategic guidance on market conditions, talent mapping, and candidate evaluation to drive alignment throughout the hiring lifecycle.

  • Commercial & Analytical Sourcing: A strong track record in full-cycle recruitment for relationship-driven and analytical roles, specifically within Account Management, Customer Success, and client-facing data/analytical positions.

  • Geographic Flexibility: Must be based open to recruiting across various Geographies including Europe, UK, India.

  • Agile & Tech-Adjacent Capability: While your primary focus will be on commercial roles, you possess a versatile recruiting toolkit and are open to pivoting to support technical and R&D recruitment needs as business priorities shift.
