This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, configuration, and optimization of enterprise SAP systems supporting critical business operations within a global organization. You will work across business and IT teams to translate complex requirements into scalable SAP solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and end-user experience. The position involves end-to-end involvement in system enhancements, project delivery, and production support within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Acting as both a technical expert and functional consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring SAP applications align with evolving business needs. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, system integrations, and cross-functional projects. This is a highly impactful role suited for someone who thrives in solving complex business challenges through technology.


Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead and support SAP system configuration, enhancement, and project delivery activities while ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational goals. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design effective solutions and ensure smooth system performance across integrated environments.

  • Configure, develop, and modify SAP applications (primarily SAP MM and related modules) to meet evolving business requirements
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for system design and enhancements
  • Design, execute, and validate test plans to ensure quality and reliability of system changes before production deployment
  • Lead or support small to medium SAP projects, coordinating timelines, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Develop system documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end-user adoption and knowledge transfer
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across SAP and integrated systems
  • Participate in system improvement initiatives, including process optimization, change management, and technology upgrades
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to evaluate solutions and ensure successful implementation

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP professional with strong functional and technical expertise, particularly in SAP MM and integrated enterprise systems, combined with strong leadership and communication abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP MM and exposure to integrated systems such as GTS or retail platforms
  • Experience with SAP AFS, SAP FMS, or S/4 Fashion is highly preferred
  • Strong background in full SAP lifecycle implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and support
  • Experience with ABAP development and debugging is highly desirable
  • Ability to lead workshops, create process documentation, and translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with vendors and business leadership
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both technical and cross-functional team environments
  • Willingness to provide on-call support and operate in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
