You will partner closely with our VP of Strategy and Customer Success to drive mission-critical revenue initiatives across Datacor. The role will blend commercial strategy, analytics, cross-functional execution, and high ownership work across the company.</p><p>This role would be ideal for a current MBA candidate (or post MBA), software operator at a PE-backed software company, consultant, or practicing attorney (post JD) who is interested in honing their operations and growth experience. Specific areas include:</p><p><strong>Strategic Revenue Management</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in owning and optimizing strategy for renewals, upsell, and churn mitigation </li><li>Execute and manage strategic renewal negotiations and enterprise price uplift programs</li><li>Build the enterprise renewal playbook and lead execution across segments</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-sell and New Product Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with GTM teams to launch new products and identify impactful cross-sell opportunities</li><li>Create business cases, analyze revenue potential, and execute bringing a new product to market</li></ul><p><strong> Pricing Strategy and Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Partner on analytical pricing projects involving large transactional datasets to develop, iterate on, and take to market new pricing models</li><li>Support acquisition due diligence on pricing, upsell, and churn across M&A targets</li><li>Drive implementation of pricing strategy and integration plans post-closing</li></ul><p><strong>Process Improvement and Scale Enablement</strong></p><ul><li>Improve and help automate SMB and mid-market renewal operations working alongside our Renewals team</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to standardize and scale sales processes</li><li>Monitor churn and downsell trends and design mitigation programs</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li data-start="85" data-end="235"><strong data-start="85" data-end="121">Minimum of 3 years of experience</strong> in B2B software, management consulting, corporate law, technology-focused investment banking, or private equity</li><li data-start="238" data-end="355"><strong data-start="238" data-end="278">MBA or JD</strong> (or currently pursuing one), or equivalent hands-on operational experience</li><li data-start="358" data-end="437"><strong data-start="358" data-end="400">Experience in financial modeling</strong> and profit & loss (P&L) management</li><li data-start="440" data-end="551"><strong data-start="440" data-end="461">Strategic mindset</strong> with the ability to identify and evaluate key growth drivers within a software business</li><li data-start="554" data-end="712"><strong data-start="554" data-end="587">Advanced proficiency in Excel</strong> and strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from large datasets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li data-start="715" data-end="885"><strong data-start="715" data-end="746">Strong execution capability</strong>—this is a lean, high-impact team; ownership of ideas includes driving them through to implementation</li><li data-start="888" data-end="996"><strong data-start="888" data-end="913">Highly self-motivated</strong>, capable of independently managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently</li><li data-start="999" data-end="1091"><strong data-start="999" data-end="1034">Team-oriented and collaborative</strong>, with excellent communication skills and a low-ego, high-ownership mindset</li><li data-start="1094" data-end="1274"><strong data-start="1094" data-end="1120">Intellectually curious</strong>, especially in areas such as B2B software, capital allocation, long-term business building, and esoteric domains (e.g., process simulation software for chemical refineries)</li></ul>
