We’re growing fast, and we want you to be part of it.</p><p><strong>Your Mission:</strong><strong><br></strong>As a <strong>Senior Financial Analyst </strong>at Engine, you’ll take a key role in helping us scale smarter and faster. Your mission will be to unlock actionable insights across all our demand generation, Product, R&D and support teams to improve how we acquire, grow, and retain customers.</p><p>Here’s what you’ll take charge of:</p><ul><li>Analyze performance across all key functions including demand generation (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships), R&D, Member Support, to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business impact.</li><li>Build and own dynamic models and dashboards to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making, such as the revenue model and partnerships model.</li><li>Design and lead reporting frameworks that surface meaningful insights for leadership and board-level discussions.</li><li>Drive strategic initiatives like bookings forecasting, funnel conversion analysis, customer segmentation, and various optimization analytics to drive operational efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, build business cases, and measure the success of growth initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Bring to Engine:</strong><strong><br></strong>We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:</p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 3 years experience with 1-2 years in a strategic finance/corporate FP&A environment.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong analytical thinking and business acumen; fluency in GTM metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion, and sales velocity.</li><li><strong>Tech-Savvy:</strong> Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Familiarity with systems like Adaptive, Salesforce, Looker, or Hubspot is a plus.</li><li><strong>Mindset:</strong> Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
