This role is a high-impact, revenue-accountable position responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-touch Upper Enterprise accounts. You will act as the “CEO” of your book of business, driving net dollar retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities. The position requires executive-level engagement, strategic account planning, and translating advanced Customer AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and CX to ensure customer success and influence product roadmaps. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to shape relationships with Fortune 500-level clients while generating significant commercial impact. Your work directly contributes to scaling adoption, increasing customer satisfaction, and delivering long-term value.
