This role requires someone who can set direction and then execute on it: shaping product strategy one week and shipping production-ready screens the next. If you do your best work on hard, messy problems and know how to bring people along with clear communication, you'll fit right in. How you’ll Contribute:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Create meaningful impact by deeply understanding what our customers need and translating that into better experiences</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead projects through the full design lifecycle: partner with PMs and engineers to define problems, explore solutions, test assumptions, ship, and measure</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Balance near-term constraints with long-term vision, defining what we build now and setting up what comes next</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Own problems wherever they lead, even when that takes you outside traditional design boundaries</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Move between strategic design work and hands-on execution. This role requires both, often in the same week</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners, executives, and stakeholders at every level</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Help build a culture of creative expression, experimentation, and craft</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Investigate implementation realities: understand constraints, costs, and technical opportunities before locking in direction</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Use AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows, explore concepts, and improve team productivity</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and introduce tools or processes that solve real day-to-day problems </li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">8+ years designing and shipping high-quality enterprise experiences, especially in complex, ambiguous problem spaces where the right answer isn't obvious</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Passionate about the customer's perspective and motivated by real ownership. You simplify complicated problems rather than adding layers to them</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">You don't wait for perfect requirements to make progress</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor.
