You will contribute directly to monthly close processes, financial reporting, and strategic financial initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Accountabilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly journal entries and reconciliations across general ledger, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, debt, leases, equity, and accrued liabilities.
  • Manage and participate in the month-end close process, including close notifications and variance analysis for income statements and balance sheets.
  • Support financial reporting and tie-outs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Oversee cash treasury operations, including cash tracking, wire transfers, weekly cash flow forecasting, and banking activities.
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and prepaid entries prepared by staff accountants.
  • Lead capitalization analysis for software, hardware, and development projects, including quarterly collaboration with product development leadership.
  • Support payroll accounting, audits, ERP implementations, due diligence initiatives, and special financial projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of public accounting experience and/or 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, capital asset accounting, and month-end close processes.
  • Experience in financial statement preparation, management reporting, and treasury or cash management activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
