A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are as follows:
- Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of mid- to large-sized projects  such as website builds, paid media/social assets, landing pages and other marketing collateral, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Assists project managers with planning and execution tasks for larger initiatives, providing necessary support to ensure project success.
- Contributes to the development and refinement of project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participates in stakeholder meetings, providing valuable insights and updates on project progress and ensuring clear communication.
- Liases with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, content, and digital teams, to ensure seamless project delivery. Works to optimize creative project processes with stakeholders to maximize efficiency, strengthen communications, and drive successful outcomes.
- Fosters relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their expectations are met, providing regular updates, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Takes point on resource planning and scheduling for assigned projects, ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated effectively, and project timelines are adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in online degree program management (OPM).
- Experience working in Higher Education and/or agency is desired.
- Experience managing intricate marketing and digital/Web projects/programs. Marketing and/or Creative agency experience a plus.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and project teams simultaneously with a history of delivering on schedule and within budget.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including digital, traditional, and social media.
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools and PowerPoint required. Experience with Adobe Workfront a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with a cross functional team that is geographically dispersed and of different professional backgrounds (i.e. Technology teams, Creative groups, Agents, etc.)
CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
