We are seeking a skilled technical support engineer to join a global team delivering exceptional customer support for cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, design scalable support solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve problems efficiently while documenting and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and scripting, with strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing environment, offering opportunities to shape support processes and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Provide technical customer support for cloud-based solutions, troubleshooting issues across networking, system administration, and application layers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on core technologies, delivering guidance and expertise to internal teams and customers.
  • Escalate complex technical or strategic cases while maintaining transparency and collaboration across teams.
  • Mentor and coach team members on best practices, technical skills, and case management processes.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute support documentation, training materials, and automation tools to scale support operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and manage incident requests with engineering or product teams.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions to improve support efficiency and customer experience.
  • Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support, system administration, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS, GKS, EKS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in reading or debugging code in Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, or JSON.
  • Strong command-line and Linux operating system skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in the 9-6 PST/PDT time zone.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in technical escalation support (Tier 2/3) or equivalent customer-facing roles.
  • Deep technical and architectural knowledge of security, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with automation and scripting to scale support processes.
