Senior Solutions Consultant (REMOTE)

• Work closely with Sales teams and peers to establish credibility and trust with customers
• Evangelize platform value to business and IT executives
• Assess business requirements and deliver findings, including solutions and ROI
• Develop a technical sales strategy
• Configure and demonstrate solutions tailored to each customer's business needs
• Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
• Scope and execute customer pilots and Proof of Concepts
• Influence product development with solution scoping abilities
• Handle sensitive personal data in compliance with standards

• 8+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience
• Ability to support clients on the East Coast
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
• Desired experience in CRM, Contact Center, or Customer Service
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Webhooks, APIs, and JavaScript
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities to meet business requirements with technical solutions
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
