This role is a high-impact, client-facing technical advisory position focused on designing and delivering complex, outcome-driven technology solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted architect and strategic consultant, translating business challenges into scalable architectures across collaboration, networking, cloud, and managed services environments. The position requires deep technical expertise combined with strong business acumen to shape solutions that deliver measurable ROI and TCO value. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, engineers, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer needs and solution design. The environment is fast-paced, highly consultative, and innovation-driven, with strong emphasis on customer success and long-term strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer engagement.


Accountabilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert in collaboration, customer experience, cloud, networking, and enterprise infrastructure solutions, with deep expertise in platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft, and related technologies
  • Engage with business and IT leaders to understand customer needs and develop tailored solution architectures aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Design and present technical architectures, including ROI and TCO models, to support sales opportunities and enterprise decision-making
  • Lead strategic roadmap discussions with customers to define long-term technology direction and transformation initiatives
  • Provide technical consulting, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales support across complex enterprise engagements
  • Develop and maintain strong technical expertise and certifications across core solution areas
  • Contribute to Statements of Work, solution documentation, and third-party vendor coordination to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure successful solution delivery and implementation handoff

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in collaboration, customer experience, or enterprise communications and infrastructure solutions
  • Strong expertise in technologies such as Cisco Collaboration, Avaya, Microsoft, SIP-based and cloud communication architectures
  • Deep understanding of collaboration protocols and technologies including SIP, H.323, WebRTC, VoIP, and related network infrastructure components
  • Knowledge of supporting technologies such as firewalls, routers, MPLS, media relays, and secure connectivity frameworks
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or pre-sales engineering roles
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or virtual office environment with minimal supervision
