- Design, prototype, and implement proof-of-concept solutions that showcase platform capabilities and value.
- Build and deliver compelling demos, technical presentations, and reference architectures to a variety of technical and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support complex B2B deals, ensuring technical credibility and alignment with client needs.
- Capture customer insights, document feature requests, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap.
- Establish repeatable pre-sales processes, technical collateral, and evaluation workflows to accelerate deal conversion.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with clients post-sale to ensure successful adoption and identify opportunities to add value.
Requirements:
- Proven senior experience in Pre-Sales Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS (developer tools, API platforms, or infrastructure products preferred).

- Hands-on technical skills: ability to write code, build prototypes, review architectures, and troubleshoot complex systems. Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, Go, or similar backend technologies is a plus.
- Deep understanding of modern API technologies, distributed systems, and cloud-native development (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, microservices).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with engineers, VPs of Engineering, and CTOs with credibility and clarity.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments with ambiguity and the ability to build processes from scratch.
- Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, federated graphs, or API composition.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package with discretionary PTO and flexible work arrangements
- Fully remote position with optional co-working spaces worldwide
- Choice of preferred work hardware
- Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for U.S. employees
