Senior Solution Architect - HLS

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solution Architect – HLS based in the United States.

This is a high-impact client-facing architecture role focused on designing advanced CXA and CCaaS solutions for Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations. You will operate at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, translating complex healthcare requirements into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. The role involves leading discovery sessions with senior stakeholders and shaping solution strategy for high-value opportunities. You will design architectures that integrate with complex healthcare ecosystems, including EHR platforms and regulated environments. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence both deal success and long-term product direction. This position blends deep technical expertise with strong consultative and communication skills in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will also contribute to elevating solution design standards across the organization.

Accountabilities:

You will lead end-to-end solution architecture for healthcare and life sciences clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Lead discovery and scoping sessions with clients and sales teams to capture complex HLS requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
Design and architect CXA and CCaaS solutions, including integrations with EHR systems such as Epic and Cerner.
Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), including deliverables, timelines, pricing inputs, and implementation scope.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure solution feasibility and execution readiness.
Drive technical influence in pre-sales cycles, helping shape proposals, deal strategy, and customer engagement approaches.
Identify product gaps and contribute feedback to roadmap prioritization based on client needs and industry trends.
Support continuous improvement of solution methodologies, architecture standards, and delivery processes.

Requirements:

You bring strong experience in solution architecture, consulting, or technical pre-sales within enterprise SaaS environments, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Software/IT roles, with at least 3+ years in solution architecture or pre-sales.
Proven experience integrating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITECH, and related regulatory standards.
Experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise solutions and working with senior stakeholders (CXO, VP, Director level).
Advanced analytical and financial thinking with the ability to assess trade-offs in architecture and solution design.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
Strong multitasking ability with experience managing multiple complex workstreams in fast-paced environments.

Competitive base salary ranging from $136,000 to $204,000 OTE, with additional bonus and/or commission eligibility
