Accountabilities:

The Senior Software Engineer - UI/UX will take ownership of designing, developing, and improving software experiences while contributing to technical direction and engineering excellence. The role requires strong collaboration across teams, thoughtful decision-making, and a focus on delivering maintainable, high-quality solutions.

Design, implement, and evolve user-facing software features from initial concepts through production delivery.
Build intuitive interfaces that help users analyze complex information and respond effectively to security challenges.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to transform complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Make informed engineering decisions by balancing user experience, technical quality, delivery timelines, and long-term maintainability.
Identify opportunities to simplify systems, improve workflows, and reduce technical complexity.
Contribute to architecture improvements, development standards, tooling enhancements, and engineering best practices.
Drive improvements to developer experience, software quality, and team effectiveness through technical leadership.
Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and initiatives that strengthen engineering capabilities across teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with strong front-end expertise, excellent engineering judgment, and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. Candidates should demonstrate ownership, curiosity, and a commitment to building reliable, user-centered software.

6–8+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated technical capability.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience solving complex real-world technical problems.
Proven ability to own projects from concept through implementation and delivery.
Experience with modern front-end technologies, including React, TypeScript, testing frameworks, state management, and contemporary build tools.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency and software quality.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and building scalable UI solutions.
Experience designing or integrating with backend APIs and distributed systems.
Experience contributing to shared UI component libraries or design systems is preferred.
Experience driving technical initiatives, mentoring teammates, or influencing engineering practices is a plus.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, operational technology (OT), or industrial control systems (ICS) environments is beneficial.
