We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic, technology-driven team responsible for enterprise-level business systems. This role focuses on developing, configuring, and supporting critical applications, with a primary emphasis on Siebel Call Center modules and related tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions, perform technical troubleshooting, and integrate systems across multiple platforms. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, complex projects, and a collaborative, remote-friendly environment. This position combines hands-on development, problem-solving, and customer-focused support, making a tangible impact on the organization’s technology infrastructure.

Accountabilities

  • Develop, configure, test, and maintain enterprise applications, with a focus on Siebel Call Center.
  • Use Siebel Tools for developing business services, integration objects, workflows, and assignment management.
  • Perform data migration, conversion, and integration using EIM, EAI, and ETL tools.
  • Support custom development using ASP.NET, VB.NET, and other platforms such as APEX or Java.
  • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and external vendors to deliver enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system performance, data quality, and integration integrity.
  • Document resolutions, conduct unit testing, and participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.
  • Support after-hours call center operations as required, maintaining strong communication and customer service focus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with deep expertise in Siebel development and configuration.
  • Siebel certification (v7/8/IP20+) and hands-on experience with modules including Call Center, EIM, EAI, Workflow Manager, Assignment Manager, and Web Services.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET, VB.NET, MS-SQL, and familiarity with APEX or Java development.
  • Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, Salesforce integration, and Siebel clustering/load balancing.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in enterprise application environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work occasional after-hours or weekend shifts for system upgrades or emergency troubleshooting.
  • High-speed internet and a distraction-free remote workspace required for remote work.
