Senior Software Engineer (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions that power a fast-paced, high-growth luxury marketplace. You will contribute as a senior individual contributor while also influencing broader technical strategy and fostering collaboration across teams. The position involves working on greenfield projects, improving legacy systems, and deploying scalable web applications. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions. Accountabilities

• Research, scope, develop, deploy, and maintain features across the application stack.
• Respond to bug reports, reproduce issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in forecasting delivery timelines for features and bug fixes.
• Conduct daily check-ins with the technology team to provide updates and track progress.
• Perform code reviews to foster shared understanding and maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to support business initiatives.
• Contribute to technical strategy, team-building discussions, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Angular.js.
• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript or other strongly typed programming languages.
• Hands-on experience deploying web applications and building applications from scratch.
• Experience innovating and maintaining legacy or pre-existing technology platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Familiarity with full-stack development best practices and agile workflows.
