Accountabilities:

Design, build, and maintain robust payment systems using React Native and modern frontend technologies
Develop seamless, secure, and high-performing transaction flows for mobile users
Optimize onboarding and payment experiences to reduce friction and increase user trust
Integrate systems with multiple payment providers and blockchain networks
Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance across all deliverables
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy within the payments domain
Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence and best practices
Build scalable, fault-tolerant systems aligned with compliance and security requirements

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile or web applications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and deep experience with React Native
Solid understanding of API design, system security, and performance optimization
Experience with modern frontend tools and frameworks (e.g., Next.js, WebSockets, testing frameworks)
Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and mobile-first design
Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto-related applications is highly valued
Ability to work in fast-paced, distributed teams and contribute to complex systems
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across time zones
Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS/Android) and blockchain concepts is a plus
