We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize high-performance solutions within a complex healthcare data ecosystem. This role provides the opportunity to shape system architecture, lead technical initiatives, and mentor team members while delivering innovative software solutions that directly impact patient care and healthcare decision-making. Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions for healthcare data systems.
• Translate product requirements into actionable tasks and drive projects from conception to production.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, data pipelines, and system performance.
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance product capabilities.
• Support innovation in data-driven solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and security.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development with production-ready code and full stack architecture knowledge.
• Expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Spark, AWS, Azure; Scala and Elasticsearch are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to own and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems, data pipelines, and secure data practices.
• Passion for solving complex problems and improving healthcare outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
• U.S. work authorization; sponsorship not available.
