Accountabilities:

Design, build, and maintain fullstack product features from early-stage concept through deployment and iteration.
Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to translate user needs into scalable technical solutions.
Lead end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, maintainability, and performance.
Contribute to the design and evolution of system architecture, internal tools, and engineering best practices.
Balance speed and long-term scalability by making pragmatic technical decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Mentor and support fellow engineers while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Participate in continuous improvement of development processes, code quality, and system reliability.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong fullstack capabilities.
Strong expertise in either frontend (JavaScript, React or React Native) or backend (Python), with the ability to work across the stack.
Proven experience owning and delivering complex technical projects or product areas end-to-end.
Strong understanding of product development and ability to translate user problems into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
Interest in mentoring others and contributing to team growth and engineering culture.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building scalable, maintainable systems.
