One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (CRM) in the United States.

This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and building powerful CRM integrations that drive customer engagement and business performance. You'll play a central role in bridging CRM systems with internal platforms, ensuring seamless workflows between sales, support, and marketing. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, write scalable code, and help shape best practices. This is a high-impact position for someone passionate about clean architecture, robust APIs, and mentoring others while shipping great software.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integrations between the CRM system and internal platforms (Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, internal APIs).
• Define and promote best practices for scalable CRM configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Dev, QA, Product, and Data, in an agile environment.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical guidance.
• Ensure data flow and system performance meet the needs of key departments such as sales and customer support.
• Drive technical decision-making and provide architectural oversight for CRM-related projects.
• Act as the subject matter expert for CRM systems, advising on customization, upgrades, and future enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience integrating CRMs with back-end systems; deep understanding of CRM data models and APIs.
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails (or similar frameworks) and comfortable working on backend-heavy projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases; exposure to NoSQL is a plus.
• Experience designing and building scalable, API-first systems.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and asynchronous data flows.
• Comfortable mentoring peers and leading small engineering projects.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for technical decisions.
