• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions.
• Design, implement, and integrate AI features into existing software products.
• Partner with data teams to ensure proper data collection, preparation, and enrichment for AI consumption.
• Build and evaluate AI services from prototypes to production-ready deployments.
• Develop Python-based tools and infrastructure for scalable, secure, and reliable AI deployment.
• Work with cloud operations teams to deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI features.
• Maintain high-quality, maintainable code and ensure best practices in AI development and DevOps.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in backend or full-stack SaaS development.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI/ML services.
• Hands-on knowledge of large language model (LLM) frameworks, platforms, and related tooling.
• Strong Python programming skills, including data manipulation and model evaluation workflows.
• Experience with scalable data infrastructure and AI integration into broader software systems.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services and modern DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve workflows, decision-making, or innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• Experience in NLP, real-time data flows, or fintech/legal domains is a plus.
