10pt;">Design, implement, and maintain software features and functionality.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct code reviews, pull requests and ensure adherence to coding standards.</li><li high-level proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in design patterns, strong architectural skills, and advanced debugging abilities.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to take ownership of complex tasks, mentor team members, and drive technical improvements.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes.</li><li
