Writing production-grade code with the<br>comprehensive unit, integration, and acceptance tests. Designing and<br>implementing Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA)<br>solutions. Building and enhancing Fast Healthcare Interoperability<br>Resources (FHIR) integration with SmileCDR. Creating integrations with<br>Health Information Exchange (HIE) systems. Participating in code<br>reviews. Deploying software to production using TeamCity/Harness.<br>Design and development of infrastructure to support complex workflows<br>and migrate from legacy systems to cloud-based solutions. Transitioning<br>on-premise workloads to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Migrating<br>applications to containerized environments utilizing Docker.<br>Implementing container orchestration systems with Kubernetes. Shifting<br>to cloud-managed solutions such as Google Cloud Storage (GCS),<br>Pub/Sub, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). Developing technical<br>design documents. Translate business requirements into software<br>solutions. Research potential solutions and propose best solution.<br>Identifying bottlenecks. Developing architecture and workflow diagrams.<br>Effort estimation. Supporting the various projects owned by the Interops<br>&amp; Regulatory team. Participating in the on-call rotation. Developing<br>dashboards in Sumo, Wavefront and Datadog. Developing email and<br>Opsgenie alerts. Developing user interface components utilizing<br>JavaScript and React to adhere to interoperability and regulatory<br>requirements for the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Participating in<br>planning, review, and retrospective of each development cycle. This<br>position involves telecommuting. The position is headquartered in Corona<br>Del Mar, CA, but employees will be permitted to work from home at<br>various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the United States.</p><p><br>Educ./experience:</p><p>Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering,<br>Computer Engineering or related field, plus five (5) years’ post-<br>baccalaureate experience as Software Engineer or related role.<br>Experience must include at least five years of experience with each of the<br>following: Requirement Gathering and Analysis; Design and Develop<br>Scalable Healthcare Applications; Legacy System Migration to Modern<br>Platforms; Implement Cloud-Native Architectures; Optimize and Secure<br>Data Workflows for Patient Data; Implement and Manage Application<br>Performance Monitoring (APM) for Healthcare Systems; Build and<br>Manage Audit Logging Systems for Healthcare Compliance; On-Call<br>Support and Incident Management.
