About the role

This position is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining software product code according to requirements specified by Product Management and ultimately to deliver outcomes that meet our customers' needs. The Senior Software Engineer builds these capabilities using patterns and practices that uphold the security, maintainability, testability, extensibility, and operability of our software IP. The Senior Software Engineer can tackle projects and large tasks independently, maintaining and improving implementation quality standards while helping other team members learn by example.

What you'll do

  • Efficiently design and implement secure, performant, and maintainable software
  • Continually improve implementation quality and practices in response to feedback
  • Clearly communicate progress, ambiguities, blockers, and estimates to stakeholders
  • Build testable, observable, production-ready components
  • Identify, debug, resolve and prevent recurrence of defects in a timely manner
  • Lead larger initiatives from task breakdown through implementation and delivery
  • Lead by example and provide constructive, actionable feedback on others’ work

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in professional software development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Own a feature end-to-end, from the React/TypeScript UI through the C#/.NET API it calls, rather than working in a single tier
  • Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as daily working practice, including building small agents or skills, such as an automated quality-grading tool or a PR-review agent
  • Scoping and prioritizing your own work when requirements are still taking shape
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proactive communicator able to collaborate effectively across time zones

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Flexible work environment.
  • The opportunity to build and shape a premium support function with measurable customer impact.
  • A collaborative culture with close partnership across Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Professional growth within a scaling SaaS organization.
