This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist in the United States.

As a Senior ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist, you will lead complex implementation projects, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. This role combines technical expertise, strategic insight, and hands-on problem-solving to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions across diverse enterprise environments. You will collaborate with clients to understand business goals, translate requirements into actionable plans, and mentor internal teams while ensuring the smooth operation of SPM processes. The position offers a remote-first, dynamic work environment where innovation, leadership, and technical excellence drive impact. You will work across multiple clients, using your expertise to enhance portfolio management capabilities and support strategic decision-making.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementation projects, including discovery, design, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support.

·         Conduct business analysis sessions to capture client objectives, portfolio management needs, and process improvement opportunities.

·         Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

·         Design and configure SPM solutions, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development.

·         Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams and client stakeholders.

·         Manage platform infrastructure, ensure smooth operation of SPM and PPM processes, and troubleshoot system issues.

·         Contribute to process documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·         Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies across diverse client environments.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·         5+ years of IT consulting experience, with 3–5 years specifically in ServiceNow implementations.

·         Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

·         Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

·         Deep understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management concepts, including demand, ideation, resource planning, and prioritization.

·         Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow SPM implementations.

·         Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

·         Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, PMP, Agile certification, ITIL v3/v4, or experience with government contracts.
