Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst - Fully remote (US)

In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in business processes and the ServiceNow platform to deliver high-quality solutions for enterprise clients. You will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications, while ensuring development work meets quality standards. This position requires a balance of hands-on technical work, documentation, and leadership, guiding junior team members and coordinating sprint activities. You will contribute to solution design, client workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, all within a collaborative and innovation-driven environment. Success in this role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, alongside a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement. • Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and functional documentation.
• Assist with client demos, workshops, and working sessions to validate solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and project artifacts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sprint work, coordinating with other analysts and business process consultants.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Support SDLC-related ceremonies and project governance activities.

• Extensive business process experience across multiple ServiceNow suites, including ITSM.
• Strong functional knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
• Prior development and/or architecture experience preferred.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and organizational abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
