Accountabilities:- Develop and execute long-term, ROI-focused SEO strategies tailored to client business objectives
- Lead client-facing communications, presenting SEO insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Conduct advanced technical SEO audits, including site performance, indexing, structured data, and site health optimization
- Optimize websites across technical, content, and off-site SEO dimensions to improve organic visibility and growth
- Manage complex SEO initiatives such as large-scale migrations, penalty recovery, and AI-enhanced content strategies
- Perform keyword research and expansion to identify growth opportunities and market gaps
- Implement experimentation and growth-focused SEO techniques using data-driven and AI-assisted approaches
- Collaborate with content, link-building, and technical teams to maximize SEO performance and ROI
- Contribute to process development, operational improvements, and adoption of AI-driven SEO practices
- Mentor and support junior SEO team members through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in SEO, ideally in a senior or lead role managing complex client portfolios
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, performance optimization, and structured data
- Proven ability to design and execute data-driven SEO strategies that deliver measurable business impact
- Experience working directly with clients, including presenting insights and managing strategic discussions
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools, keyword research, and performance tracking
- Ability to make basic technical website changes (e.g., code-level SEO adjustments, server-side updates)
- Experience working with content, digital marketing, and development teams in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with automation tools, AI-driven SEO approaches, and modern growth techniques is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with a proactive and independent mindset
