This role sits at the crossroads of strategy, storytelling, and go-to-market execution, focusing on shaping how a high-impact Transformation audience is positioned and engaged. You will translate deep market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence into compelling narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and expansion across both prospects and existing users. Acting as a key connector between product, marketing, and revenue teams, you will help define how innovative human-centered design and AI-driven transformation offerings are brought to market. The environment is highly collaborative, blending product marketing, AI strategy, and lifecycle engagement into a unified GTM approach. You will influence how complex services and software solutions are packaged, communicated, and scaled across multiple segments. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on growth strategy, product adoption, and customer value realization.


Accountabilities
  • Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and value narratives for the Transformation segment, ensuring clarity and consistency across audiences.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for Transformation-focused products and services, including early validation, launch planning, and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with product and revenue teams to shape offerings using customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Translate complex solutions into clear, customer-centric value propositions for prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop launch materials, narratives, and enablement assets to support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with segment marketing peers to activate campaigns across lifecycle and audience-specific motions.
  • Support thought leadership and storytelling initiatives in partnership with content, demand generation, and communications teams.
  • Monitor adoption, engagement, and usage trends to inform GTM improvements and future strategy decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, consulting, or B2B SaaS/professional services environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale go-to-market strategies for products or services with established product-market fit.
  • Strong market research and customer insight capabilities, with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategy.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams, with strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Excellent storytelling and messaging skills across multiple formats, including campaigns, launches, and thought leadership.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, or Lifecycle teams on enablement and GTM execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience or certification in LUMA or human-centered design is a plus.
