As a Senior Salesforce Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce systems that support critical business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, automate complex processes, and ensure best practices are applied across the platform. This role balances hands-on technical administration with strategic system design, enabling the organization to scale efficiently and securely. You will act as a key subject matter expert, providing guidance, support, and solutions to meet evolving business needs. The position offers an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture while working in a remote-friendly and innovative environment. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting stakeholders across multiple departments.
Accountabilities:
• Design and architect complex Salesforce workflows and automation, participating in solution reviews and design discussions.
• Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, aligning with organizational goals.
• Implement Salesforce best practices in development, security, and automation to maintain a robust framework.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce systems, offering technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Business Operations to ensure Salesforce capabilities meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing system optimization, technical support, and training for stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience building workflows and automations on the Salesforce platform.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Flow, Apex, Lightning, and integrations.
• Experience in multi-platform architecture, including Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS, or related technologies.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications that drive operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies for rapid deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
