Guided by our seven core values, The Attain Way, our vision is the foundation of our culture—to be and attain the best. </div>Job DescriptionAttain Partners is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team to support the growth of our nonprofit and healthcare philanthropy industry across Attain Digital service lines, including but not limited to strategy, business process modernization, data, Enterprise ERP Advisory, Salesforce, and analytics.  They are responsible for developing strategies and delivering best-in-class services (i.e., consulting, implementation and educational services) to help customers with their digital transformation needs. The individual will work to build and scale this business unit, in a bold, fast-moving, transparent and values-led organization to enable customer and company success.  Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that align technology capabilities with client business objectives across complex enterprise environments.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture decisions, digital transformation initiatives, and technology roadmaps.</li><li>Lead solution architecture, technical design, integration strategy, and governance activities across Salesforce implementations and enhancements.</li><li>Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and translate business needs into scalable, maintainable architectures.</li><li>Lead technical solutioning efforts for proposals, captures, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that support new business development and client growth.</li><li>Drive architectural governance, ensuring solutions adhere to security, scalability, performance, and industry best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce, Workday, Data & Analytics, ERP, and Strategy practices, to deliver integrated client solutions.</li><li>Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring high-quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and long-term solution sustainability.</li><li>Mentor and develop architects, consultants, and administrators through coaching, architecture reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership.</li><li>Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, solution accelerators, thought leadership, white papers, training, and industry participation.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and other strategic technology partners to support innovation and business growth.</li></ul> Required Skills<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li><li>8+ years of experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, including experience in architecture and technical leadership roles.</li><li>Deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, including solution design, integrations, security, data architecture, and governance.</li><li>Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations involving multiple clouds, complex business processes, and third-party integrations.</li><li>Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.</li><li>Experience leading technical solutioning, proposal development, and pre-sales activities.</li><li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, enterprise architecture principles, and cloud-based technologies.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and lead architecture best practices across multiple engagements.</li><li>Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (preferred).</li><li>Experience supporting Higher Education, Nonprofit, Public Sector, or Professional Services organizations is preferred.</li></ul>Success Factors<ul><li>Recognized as a trusted technical leader by clients, partners, and internal teams.</li><li>Consistently delivers innovative, scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Contributes to business growth through solutioning, thought leadership, and client relationship development.</li><li>Builds and develops high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.</li><li>Maintains current knowledge of Salesforce innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies while helping shape the future direction of the practice.</li></ul> <hr> Additional InformationAttain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
