Senior Salesforce Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer based in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex Salesforce architectures, integrations, and custom applications using modern development practices.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reliable, high-performing solutions.
The position requires strong technical expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
You will play a key role in improving system performance, maintaining secure environments, and delivering impactful Salesforce enhancements.

Accountabilities:

Design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Configure and enhance Salesforce solutions to align with business requirements and deliver efficient, user-focused experiences.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications to ensure reliability, security, and strong performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Manage source code, deployments, and release processes using Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to Salesforce architecture decisions, platform improvements, and best practice implementation.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development and platform customization.
Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security concepts, sharing models, and platform best practices.
Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, including configuration and custom development.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms through REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with Git-based source control systems and CI/CD deployment workflows.
Knowledge of IT security best practices based on ISO, SOC, or similar security frameworks.
Experience with Agentforce development, Salesforce Experience Cloud, or responsive UI development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is considered an advantage.
