Job Description

We’re looking for a senior-level staffing salesperson who can generate new clients and close work. This is not an account management role and there are no inbound leads.

What you’ll do

• Drive new business (cold outreach, referrals, network)
• Build and manage your own desk
• Close new client agreements
• Partner with delivery to fill roles quickly

Qualifications

• 7+ years in staffing sales
• Proven track record of new client acquisition
• Full desk experience preferred
• Comfortable working remote and owning your pipeline
