Senior Sales Development Representative (Spanish Fluency)

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will own outbound prospecting initiatives and contribute directly to business growth by generating qualified opportunities. You will combine research, personalization, and strong communication skills to engage prospects, understand their needs, and create valuable sales conversations.

• Generate qualified sales pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging high-value prospects across global markets, including SaaS, software, gaming, and digital product industries.
• Develop and execute multi-channel outbound strategies using phone calls, personalized emails, social selling, video outreach, and emerging AI-enabled tools.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to identify target accounts, align outreach strategies, and convert prospect interest into qualified meetings.
• Conduct early-stage discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business priorities, and potential solution alignment.
• Manage prospect activity, pipeline tracking, and data accuracy through Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
• Continuously test and optimize messaging, outreach approaches, and prospecting strategies to improve performance.
• Support market engagement initiatives, including virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and team activities.
• Maintain strong organization and preparation while managing multiple accounts, priorities, and sales opportunities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. You should be comfortable engaging both business and technical audiences, researching customer needs, and operating independently in a performance-driven environment.

• Professional fluency in spoken Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct business conversations and outreach in both languages; written Spanish skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales development or business development targets within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
• Proven ability to independently create qualified pipeline through strategic research, personalized outreach, and consistent follow-up.
• Strong curiosity and ability to quickly understand customer challenges, software solutions, and modern technology ecosystems.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outbound sales environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize accounts, manage activity, and maintain accurate pipeline information.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable discussing technical products, including SaaS platforms, APIs, and software integrations.
• Experience in payments, eCommerce, gaming, or developer-focused markets is a plus.
