About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven remote Senior SDR Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing Sales Development team. This role is critical to driving top-of-funnel pipeline and fueling overall revenue growth. You’ll operate as a player-coach—developing talent, optimizing performance, and setting the standard for outbound excellence in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs
Drive pipeline generation to support Account Executives and Sales Managers
Coach and mentor reps on prospecting, outreach, and conversion strategies
Analyze performance metrics and optimize team productivity
Establish and execute strategic plans aligned with company growth goals
Lead pipeline reviews, account planning, and opportunity development
Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and results
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development
Contribute to team culture and act as a brand ambassador
Qualifications:
5+ years of SaaS sales experience
3+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of success
Strong expertise in outbound prospecting and pipeline creation
Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI-focused environments
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ownership mentality with a focus on results and continuous improvement
