This role is a strategic revenue leadership position focused on optimizing hotel performance across a diverse and complex portfolio. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through advanced pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and distribution optimization. Acting as a trusted advisor to hotel partners, you will translate market data and performance insights into actionable strategies that improve RevPAR and overall commercial outcomes. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, deep revenue management expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. You will work closely with hotel teams and internal commercial functions to align strategies with broader business objectives. This is a high-impact role where data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking directly shape portfolio performance.
Accountabilities:- Develop and optimize room inventory, pricing, and distribution strategies across assigned hotel portfolios to maximize RevPAR and revenue performance.
- Analyze market dynamics, booking patterns, competitor activity, and demand drivers such as events and group business to inform strategic decisions.
- Deliver recurring revenue performance reporting and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead revenue strategy meetings with hotel partners, presenting performance updates, identifying risks and opportunities, and aligning on action plans.
- Serve as the primary revenue management advisor and liaison between hotel stakeholders and internal commercial teams.
- Utilize revenue management systems, CRM tools, and distribution platforms to execute strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide revenue initiatives, cross-functional projects, and continuous improvement of revenue management practices.
- Share insights, best practices, and field learnings to support the evolution of revenue management programs and tools.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, business analytics, consulting, or financial analysis roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Revenue Management Certification (CHRM or CRME), or ability to obtain within the first year.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Experience managing revenue strategies across multiple properties is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel systems such as PMS, GDS, distribution platforms, and ecommerce channels is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
