You will explore how organizations build, orchestrate, and govern AI agents to drive transformation at scale. The position involves analyzing fast-evolving AI ecosystems, identifying market shifts, and translating complex data into actionable insights for business leaders. You will work closely with global analysts covering adjacent AI and automation domains to produce forward-looking research and forecasts. The role also requires deep engagement with technology vendors and enterprise clients, offering strategic guidance grounded in rigorous market analysis. You will influence how senior decision-makers understand AI adoption, value creation, and competitive positioning. This is a highly visible, thought-leadership role in a global research environment.

Accountabilities:

Lead research on agentic AI tools and platforms, identifying key market trends, adoption patterns, and future developments across enterprise AI ecosystems.
Conduct market segmentation, sizing, and forecasting, using structured research methodologies to evaluate growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
Analyze vendor strategies, financial performance, and product positioning to assess market competitiveness and differentiation.
Collaborate with internal analysts across AI and automation domains to develop integrated research insights and forecasts.
Support client-facing engagements by delivering expert insights, responding to inquiries, and presenting findings to senior and executive stakeholders.
Contribute to revenue growth through engagement with sales teams, supporting subscription services and custom research solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a relevant field such as technology, business, or data science.
Extensive experience in AI, digital transformation, enterprise software, or related technical/business strategy roles.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, including generative AI, predictive models, and large language models.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and/or AI implementation projects is highly valued.
Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, survey results, and financial reports, translating them into clear insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a research-driven environment.
Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% for client meetings and industry events.
