Ensure effective change management to drive adoption of AI solutions, while maintaining alignment with client governance processes and standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
Build trusted relationships with executives, product owners, and delivery team members.
Translate complex delivery progress into clear, actionable updates for business and technical audiences, including those unfamiliar with AI technologies.
Identify opportunities for improvement in client processes, backlog management, and delivery models for AI-powered solutions.
