This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager in Massachusetts - Boston.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize training delivery programs across North America and Europe, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for a global audience. The Senior Program Manager will serve as the central hub for coordinating training operations, collaborating closely with curriculum developers, instructors, and cross-functional teams. The position emphasizes program strategy, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to continuously enhance training impact. You will manage complex initiatives, align multiple stakeholders, and standardize processes to support scalable and effective learning outcomes. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on program management experience. The position is highly visible and contributes directly to improving organizational performance and customer success.
· Lead all regional training delivery programs, managing the full lifecycle from planning, onboarding, and execution to evaluation.
· Collaborate with Curriculum Development, Operations, and Certification teams to ensure timely and high-quality program delivery.
· Partner with product release managers to integrate updates and new releases into training content.
· Maintain visibility into regional delivery calendars, ensuring consistency and coordination across teams.
· Serve as the liaison between Training Delivery and Curriculum Development to ensure course content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
· Optimize learner experience within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.
· Design and manage feedback and analytics systems to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
· Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automate manual processes in scheduling, logistics, and reporting.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 5+ years of experience overall, with 2+ years managing training programs or similar initiatives, ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
· Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of corporate or SaaS training programs from design through delivery and evaluation.
· Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
· Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
· Skilled in data analysis and reporting, translating metrics into actionable insights.
· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels.
· Strategic, proactive, and comfortable driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
