Here’s what you’ll take charge of:</p><h4><strong>Program & Project Management</strong></h4><ul><li>Lead planning, execution, and reporting for major marketing initiatives using Asana.</li><li>Align cross-functional teams around shared goals, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>Monitor project risks, define mitigation plans, and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Define and track OKRs and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and ROI.</li><li>Conduct retrospectives and embed learning loops to iterate and improve future campaigns.</li><li>Experience with tools like Google Data Studio or Looker for building dashboards and reports is preferred but not required.</li></ul><h4><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement</strong></h4><ul><li>Serve as the point of coordination between Marketing and teams such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success.</li><li>Facilitate standups and working sessions to keep teams aligned and informed.</li><li>Lead post-project analyses to surface insights and inform future strategy.</li><li>Promote knowledge-sharing and continuous learning within the marketing team.</li></ul><h4><strong>Marketing Systems & Vendor Management</strong></h4><ul><li>Maintain tools like Asana and digital asset systems to support team workflows.</li><li>Manage relationships with vendors and freelancers, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables and issue resolution.</li></ul><h4><strong>Team Support & Flex Role</strong></h4><ul><li>Jump in to assist across functions when needed to meet key deadlines and fill resource gaps.</li><li>Operate flexibly across strategic and tactical workstreams to maintain progress on top priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Bring to Engine:</strong><strong><br></strong>We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:</p><ul><li>4–7 years of experience in program management, marketing strategy, or related roles.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.</li><li>Proficiency in Asana, plus familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo).</li><li>Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and coordinating across teams.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and presentation skills.</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments is a plus.</li></ul><p><em>We accept applications for this role on an ongoing basis.
