This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, with the goal of delivering seamless go-to-market execution for new technology solutions.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines global awareness, operational rigor, and stakeholder leadership to bring complex initiatives to life. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful end-to-end rollout of our products, from ideation through various stages to customer adoption. The SPM role at HSP Group will represent a more senior level opportunity for a strong project manager with experience on an entrepreneurial team responsible for executing successful, customer-facing SaaS and software-enabled services technology development programs.</p><p>Success in this position will encompass two elements:</p><ul><li>The ability to actively lead and manage the&nbsp;<em>operational</em>&nbsp;rollout of the technology so that improvements to the Target Operating Model, which aims to enhance gross margins and scalability while improving the value proposition, are achieved – demanding a strategic thinker with a proven history in project management and operational excellence.</li><li>The ability as well to lead and manage the&nbsp;<em>commercial</em>&nbsp;rollout of the technology, requiring a strong background of accomplishment with technology solutions that are embraced by customers within key functional areas such as Payroll, HR, Accounting, or Entity Management.</li></ul><p>Additionally, the SPM should be adept at working in a hybrid Agile vs Waterfall model.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Own and Lead End-to-End Program:</strong>&nbsp;Take full ownership of the program lifecycle, ensuring all features, requirements, usability, testing, compliance, timelines and budget are met. Proactively report any inconsistencies or risks to stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Plan Global Product Launches:&nbsp;</strong>Own the cross-functional planning and execution of strategic product launches.</li><li><strong>Drive Go-to-Market Readiness:</strong>&nbsp;Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Technology to build comprehensive GTM plans and execute readiness activities.</li><li><strong>Orchestrate Stakeholders:</strong>&nbsp;Align workstreams across Product, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to manage dependencies, timelines, and delivery.</li><li><strong>Executive-Level Reporting:</strong>&nbsp;Provide clear, concise updates to the steering committee, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders through regular status reporting and executive briefings.</li><li><strong>Identify Risks and Remove Roadblocks:</strong>&nbsp;Proactively surface and address cross-functional blockers. Maintain high accountability for launch quality and timeliness.</li><li><strong>Scale Launch Processes:</strong>&nbsp;Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of future customer and partner onboarding.</li><li><strong>Track Success Metrics:</strong>&nbsp;Define launch KPIs (e.g., adoption, activation, sales enablement readiness) and measure post-launch impact to inform future planning.</li><li><strong>Maintain Program Roadmap:</strong>&nbsp;Develop and manage a centralized roadmap for product launches and related programs, Thus, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and alignment across key stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Develop Change Management Deliverables:</strong>&nbsp;Contribute to the development of key business change management deliverables—including customer and partner training and onboarding, operational readiness, process documentation, and user acceptance testing.</li><li><strong>End-to-End Product Rollout:</strong>&nbsp;Own the entire lifecycle of product rollouts, from initial ideation, planning, development, testing, and deployment to customer adoption and feedback integration.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership:</strong>&nbsp;Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of expansion strategies.</li><li><strong>Gap Analysis:</strong>&nbsp;Perform comprehensive gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.</li><li><strong>Change Management:</strong>&nbsp;Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies. This includes moving the organization to a new Target Operating Model.</li><li><strong>Enterprise Transformation:</strong>&nbsp;Drive enterprise transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.</li><li><strong>Hands-On Involvement:</strong>&nbsp;Create test strategies, develop training materials, and deliver training to cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new technologies and processes.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong>&nbsp;Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences, including technical teams and executive leadership.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp;10+ years of experience in project&nbsp;<u>and</u>&nbsp;program management, with a focus on business transformation.</li><li><strong>Industry Experience</strong>: Proven experience in rolling out customer-facing SaaS and software-enabled services technology solutions in one or more of the following functional areas: Payroll, HR, Accounting, or Entity Management.</li><li><strong>Project Management</strong>: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.</li><li><strong>Leadership</strong>: Strong leadership potential with a track record as a key contributor on well led cross-functional teams achieving strategic goals.</li><li><strong>Analytical Skills</strong>: Excellent analytical skills to perform gap analysis and develop actionable insights.</li><li><strong>Change Management</strong>: Expertise in change management practices to drive successful adoption of new technologies and processes.</li><li><strong>Communication</strong>: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.</li><li><strong>AI Tools</strong>: Familiarity and/or experience with AI tools to enhance user experience and efficiency is a plus.</li><li><strong>Travel</strong>: Ability and openness to travel internationally if needed, including Barcelona and the United Kingdom.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Dependable, proactive, consistent performer with a positive attitude and an ability to listen and work collaboratively across the team and organization.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel, both internal and external.</li><li>Solution oriented.</li><li>Assertive but tactful and can manage multiple business relationships.</li><li>Self- motivated, detail orientated and excels in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.</li><li>Ability to act as a coordinator between multiple projects at a business or organization to be sure they're benefiting each other and aligning with overall business goals.</li><li>Ability to meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.</li><li>Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.</li><li>Proactive analysis of program risks.</li><li>Contributes and works well with the Team.</li></ul><p>If you would like to be part of a fast-paced, client first environment; where we focus on solutions rather than challenges, come and join our&nbsp;<strong>#HSPGlobalSolutionTeam</strong>!</p></div></div></div><p>&nbsp;</p>
