You are organized and self-motivated and you enjoy life outside of work.If this sounds like you, we would love to chat!<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support project teams with project setup, scoping, negotiations & prioritization. </li><li>Advise clients on roadmaps, priorities & changing needs under tight deadlines.</li><li>Where applicable, provide product or project guidance to all stakeholders. </li><li>Assist project teams by tracking, documenting, and reporting on project initiatives.</li><li>Detailed written & verbal communication to all stakeholders including project teams, clients & executives. </li><li>Support key project leads on current and potential future work.</li><li>Learn fast while working independently and reliably.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications </h3><ul><li>5-7+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex programs in a fast-paced consultancy or enterprise environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of Enterprise software environments & project setup.</li><li>Strong client management skills, with experience working with large tech clients.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Track record of delivering high-impact solutions while managing scope, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Ability to support cross-functional teams, driving collaboration across engineering, design, and product teams.</li><li>Experience with risk management, conflict resolution, and decision-making in high-pressure environments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3>Our salary range for this role is $160,000-$190,000, and we consider your skills and experience and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer.In addition, we provide:<ul><li>Remote-first culture</li><li>Flexible time off policy</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance coverage</li><li>Profit sharing program</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Annual education and fitness allowances</li></ul>
