You will work directly with merchants to understand their demand, prioritize their order needs, and build tools and processes that allow our operators to focus on the right work, at the right time, and with the right resources.  You will come into the role with a solid technical skillset (SQL, Python, Excel, Data Visualization, Python, etc.), practical experience in manufacturing, operations, and/or supply chain, and obsessed with both operator and customer experience. You will be familiar with the fundamentals of capacity and labor planning (labor hours, process productivity, units per order, activity-based costing, etc.) and enjoy teaching others the fundamentals. You look forward to spending time on the floor to understand how your work translates to reality and are always comfortable presenting your work to senior leadership, both internally and externally (VP+). And lastly, you will be critical in working directly between FC Operations and external merchant partner planning teams for coordinating effective processing of inbound and outbound workloads. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $79,301 - $132,169.
