We are looking for a driven, conscientious Senior Product Success Manager to lead key customer projects focused on Teamworks Nutrition—our purpose-built platform for elite sports fueling and dietitian workflows. In this role, you'll guide customers through onboarding, training, stakeholder engagement, and success planning, ensuring optimal adoption of Nutrition’s capabilities. You’ll also play a strategic role in supporting dietitian stakeholders as they integrate with other Teamworks products, including Performance and Operations tools. This person will combine deep nutrition expertise with a customer-centric mindset to uphold and elevate Teamworks’ reputation for best-in-class service across our entire ecosystem.

This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to help shape the future of performance nutrition technology while contributing to the rapid growth of one of the most exciting companies in sports tech.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Own the onboarding and implementation process for dietitian stakeholders, with an emphasis on Teamworks Nutrition, ensuring a seamless start and early success.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align implementation timelines and drive customer time-to-value.
  • Execute training sessions and learning plans that empower sports dietitians and support staff to become experts in our products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, tracking milestones, and providing proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze customer engagement data to assess onboarding success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner throughout the lifecycle.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to continually enhance the experience.
  • Engage with dietitian stakeholders across all Teamworks product lines—helping connect the dots between Nutrition, Operations, and Performance solutions.

Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:

  • Registered Dietitian with a deep understanding of sports nutrition.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working directly with high-performance athletes or teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and support change within elite athletic organizations.
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity about software tools that support athlete development.

The Ideal Recruit - Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in account management, SaaS onboarding, customer success, or training.
  • Familiarity with the Teamworks Nutrition platform or other athlete nutrition management tools.
  • Experience training customers or leading educational sessions, particularly in a tech-enabled environment.
  • Background in sports tech, athletics departments, or high-performance environments is a plus.

Champion Mindset - Traits for Success:

  • Self-starter with a results-driven, process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environments.
  • Growth-oriented, creative, and always looking for new ways to add value.
  • Aligned with our core values: honesty, humility, hard work, commitment, innovation, and exceptionalism.
